RAHOK promotes land stewardship through home and land ownership as family, collectives or LLCs. Río Oxas is a licensed Realtor. Our goal is to support friends and families who are seeking to buy or sell their home, commercial buildings or land, whether it be first time or seasoned owners. We facilitate ownership that is sensitive to the needs of long-term residents, the tenants, ancestral lands and inhabitants of those lands, be it flora or fauna. Many community members have limited information about real estate and less about the potential of building intergenerational wealth. Through mindful and conscious home ownership we believe that we can strengthen the overall health of all communities to ward off the continued exploitation of our lands and displacement of marginalized communities.

Our earth has been decimated by fuel consumption within the transportation, freight and goods movement. RAHOK is a team of cyclists educators that use the bike as a tool for healing for our communities and planet. We have worked with the Department of Transportation, Metro Agencies, Health Department and more to review urban planning or transportation plans to ensure equity and racial justice are front and center. Additionally, we have worked with many private planning firms, Universities, and other consultants in reviewing plans, research, and much more. Xoxikoyotl is a League Certified Instructor and Rio Oxas is a National Coach of the League of American Bicyclists training educators across turtle island.

Many strive to advocate for our marginalized communities but lack the knowledge, praxis, or organizational systems to impact transformation. RAHOK employs a wide range of techniques to promote individual and collective understanding of inequities and racial injustices within the organization and abroad. RAHOK is available for speaking engagements, workshops, strategic planning, curriculum development and consultancy. We have worked with tribal agencies, local and national nonprofits and government agencies, community based organizations, and private firms across the county in a variety of fields from health, transportation, youth education, and more.
